       How to quickly solve daily convulsions?

  Cramp, the scientific name of muscle cramp, refers to the sudden and involuntary muscular contraction, which causes muscle stiffness and pain.

  The true mechanism of cramp has not been confirmed at present. Most research findings believe that the cause of muscle cramp is the sudden increase in the working frequency of our muscle's neural network action, which causes muscle tonic contraction, due to the reduction of nerve or neuromuscular stress threshold.

  In daily life, the incidence of elderly arteriosclerosis patients and pregnant women is high. Cold and calcium deficiency are common inducements. Arteriosclerosis of lower limbs is a serious disease that causes convulsions.

  Cramps in sports are also the most common, so let's discuss the causes of cramps in sports.

  Causes of sports cramps

  (1) Inadequate preparation, the muscle suddenly transits from a static state to a moving state, temporarily unable to adapt, contracture, namely cramp;

  (2) Sudden changes in ambient temperature can make muscles "tremble" and cause cramps;

  (3) Long term exercise causes muscle fatigue, continuous exercise without rest, muscle accumulation of metabolites (such as lactic acid, etc.), and functional changes cause cramps;

  (4) Severe exercise, a lot of sweat, excessive water and salt loss, indispensable chloride in the body (mainly salt), will also cause cramps;

  (5) Sudden increase of exercise load intensity, or sudden change of exercise mode, causing severe muscle contraction;

  (6) Improper movement posture or poor muscle coordination;

  (7) Poor local blood circulation;

  (8) Slight laceration of muscle or tendon;

  (9) Excessive emotional tension;

  (10) Severe diarrhea, vomiting, and insufficient dietary minerals (such as magnesium and calcium).

  Treatment of cramp during exercise

  1、 Mountaineering

  Due to excessive exercise or poor posture during mountaineering, or cold during or after mountaineering, or due to the loss of a large amount of salt in the body, involuntary muscle contraction suddenly occurs.

  Emergency treatment:

  Pull the muscles of the affected area to straighten the affected area, gently massage the muscles of the affected area, replenish water and salt, and have a full rest until the affected area feels comfortable.

  2、 Cycling

  Racing at top speed can easily lead to cramps.

  When you feel signs, you should slow down and stop as soon as possible.

  ◆ Fingers: The cramped hand should first clench the fist, then open it by stretching hard, and repeat this action until it recovers.

  ◆ Palm: two palms are parallel, the unstrained palm presses the cramped palm back, and then repeat the action again until it recovers.

  ◆ Arm: The oppressed hand first clenches the fist, then bends the forearm to the shoulder, then stretches the arm to stretch the palm, and repeats this action until it recovers.

  ◆ Toes: Grasp the cramped toes with your hands, pull them back, and repeat this action until they recover.

  ◆ Calf: hold the toe on the cramped side with one hand, pull it back with force, press the knee down with the other hand, straighten the leg, and repeat until recovery.

  ◆ Thighs: bend the thighs and knees to the front of the abdomen, embrace each other with hands, release and straighten the legs, and repeat a movement until recovery.

  When cramp occurs on a bicycle, in addition to emergency treatment, hot compress and smear massage should be carried out for at least a few days after going home, otherwise cramp will easily occur again.

  3、 Swimming

  In sports, especially in swimming, once a calf cramp occurs, you must not panic, otherwise the cramp will be more serious due to improper handling, and even lead to drowning.

  At this time, you should immediately lift the cramped leg, row the other leg and two arms, and swim to the shore to rest.

  If you want to float, you can lie flat on the water, bend your cramped leg, have a rest, and go ashore immediately when the cramp stops.

  You can also breathe in and sink into the water, grasp the big toe on the side of the cramp with your hand, bend your knee, float to the surface to breathe when you can't hold your breath, and then sink into the water to repeat the above actions; After repeated several times, the cramp can be relieved, and then quickly swim to the shore to rest; When swimming to the shore, do not use too much force on one side of the cramped leg to avoid cramping again.

  If calf spasm occurs during other sports, rest immediately.
