  1: Hypertension

  1) Prevention and treatment of hypertension through two channels and two points

  The direct way to treat and prevent hypertension is to knock the liver meridian and stomach meridian.

  The indirect way to treat and prevent hypertension is to knead the valley acupoints and Zusanli!

  2) Taichong, Taixi and Quchi are the best antihypertensive drugs.

  No matter what type of hypertension, it has proved to be very effective since ancient times, namely Taichong, Taixi and Quchi!

  Press and knead for five minutes every day, which can effectively reduce blood pressure after two months!

  2: Coronary heart disease

  Lie on your back, rub your hands to get hot, and then rub your chest 50 times with great force. (Up and down)

  Press the midline of the back and Zhiyang point with your thumb. (At the depression of the seventh thoracic vertebral process and the pressure of the backhand clenched fist and thumb)

  Press (flick) the Jiquan point (the axillary artery at the top of the armpit) with the index finger of your right hand until you feel numb.

  Press Neiguan and Shenmen points with thumb pulp for 30 times respectively.

  Beating the precordial area 40 times before sleep can prevent coronary heart disease.

  3: Diabetes

  Push the Ren meridian: close to the abdomen, from the center of the sternum down to the Zhongji point (4 inches below the umbilical cord, the bladder, kidney, liver, Ren meridian), vigorously rub for about 2 minutes.

  Push the abdomen horizontally: use the palm root of the palm to push and rub along the side waist to the opposite side waist, then use the five finger abdominal hook to rub back to the original place, and massage for about 3 minutes.

  Holding and shaking the abdomen: the hands are naturally crossed, and the palms of the two palms are pressed on the Daheng acupoints on both sides (Daheng acupoints are located at a 4 inch transverse palm on both sides of the navel); Press the little fingers of both hands on Guanyuan (3 inches below the navel), and put the thumbs of both hands against Zhongwan (4 inches above the navel).

  After finding the position, gently press the abdomen for about 5 minutes.

  Point kneading Zhongwan: Point kneading Zhongwan with your thumb for about 1 minute.

  4: Insomnia

  Sit down, relax and concentrate.

  Make a fist with both hands, and push and press slowly from top to bottom along the two transverse fingers beside the spine with your thumb joints.

  Use the middle three fingers of the right hand to rub the Yongquan point of the left foot heart, and then change it to the right foot heart.

  Take off your clothes and lie on your back with your eyes closed naturally.

  Push the inner edge of the second segment of the index fingers of both hands from the inside of the eyebrows to the outside.

  Gently massage the temples with the ends of your fingers.

  Use the thumbs of both hands to push and rub along the temporal (nie) parts of both sides from back to front.

  Gently tap the fontanel (xin) door with the root of the palm.

  Rub and press Fengchi acupoint with both thumbs. (Gallbladder meridian and Yangwei Maihui point, posterior hairline depression)

  Put your hands on your abdomen, and then gently massage Zhongwan point with your palms. (4 inches above the navel)

  Move your hands to your lower abdomen, and then gently massage the Dantian (Yiqihai point, 1. 5 inches below the navel) with your palms.

  5: Constipation

  It refers to kneading the middle part of the stomach.

  Press the middle finger of the right hand on Zhongwan (4 inches above the navel), attach the other four fingers to the abdomen, and then knead clockwise for 30 times.

  Rub and press the Tianshu (2 inches beside the navel). Press the palms of both hands on Tianshu point, and the other four fingers on the abdomen, and knead for 50 times.

  Rub your navel and rub your belly. Put your right hand on the bottom, fold your left hand on it, press it on the navel, and gently rub it clockwise for 30 times. Then gradually expand the scope and rub the whole abdomen for 50 times. Push the left abdomen 30 times from top to bottom.

  Click Chengshan point (in the hollow of the calf lift heel gastrocnemius).

  Press the Chengshan point with your thumb for 1 minute, and then pinch the surrounding gastrocnemius muscle for 30 times.

  The person with bad breath rubs for 1 minute; If the abdomen is cold, knead the Sanyinjiao for 1 minute.

  6: Cervical spondylosis

  Open your hands in a claw shape, and press the Fengchi acupoints on both sides with your thumbs for 50 times until you feel soreness and numbness.

  Press the side of the seventh cervical vertebra 50 times with the middle finger pulp, and massage the opposite acupoints with the left and right hands until local numbness occurs.

  Hold and pinch the head with both hands, and lift the head upwards. Up and down 5 times.

  Press the cervical sideline with both hands, knead and move. Up and down 5 times.

  Rub the neck with the palms of both hands until the neck feels hot.

  Fix the neck with both hands and tilt the head forward and backward for 10 times.

  7: Gastropathy

  The four acupoints are the foundation of filial piety --- spleen and stomach

  The stomach tube receives, the spleen governs digestion, and the spleen and stomach are the foundation of the day after tomorrow!

  (1) It is Zusanli and Tianshu that make the stomach comfortable forever. Press and knead Zusanli and Tianshu every day for 3-5 minutes to lift the stomach fundamentally and effectively prevent and cure various stomach diseases!

  Why take medicine?!

  Spleen Shu and Zusanli are enough to strengthen the spleen. Massage Zusanli for 3-5 minutes every day from time to time, and cupping at Spleen Shu every two or three days, you will feel delicious!

  (2) Go to Zusanli and Zhongwan for abdominal distension and vomiting

  Zhongwan point is the mu point of the stomach. It is the place where the meridians and qi of the stomach converge on the abdomen. Together with Zusanli, it can treat any disease of the gastrointestinal tract.

  Press and knead the two acupoints for 3-5 minutes each day.

  8: Dry and astringent eyes

  ---The sea of blood and Zusanli are the first choice to keep the liver from blood deficiency!

  9: Calf cramp

  The patient lies on his stomach, pressing and kneading the bladder acupoint with his thumb for 3 minutes until the patient has bloated.

  Press Zusanli, Taixi and Yanglingquan with your thumb for 3 minutes respectively until the patient feels distended.

  Press the Chengjin acupoint with great force with thumb tip for about 3 minutes.

  But remember, you must wait for the calf cramp to ease slightly before pressing.

  Make a fist in the palm. If the calf cramp is acute, hit the center of the calf belly hard, which can quickly relieve the symptoms.

  Instead of lying down, straighten the cramped leg, grip the front foot with your hand, and rotate the ankle joint of the cramped leg outward.

  When rotating, the action should be consistent, and the rotation should be completed in one breath without pausing.

  Rotate the left leg counterclockwise; For the right leg, clockwise.

  It should be noted that when rotating, the foot should be pulled outward, following the direction of folding to the thigh, especially with force, and the sole of the foot should be turned up to the maximum.

  10: Periarthritis of shoulder

  Place the opposite palm on the affected shoulder and knead it clockwise for 50 times until the affected part feels hot.

  Press and knead the affected side of the shoulder well, the shoulder neck point and the shoulder zhen point with the opposite thumb and middle finger pulp for 50 times respectively until you feel hot.

  Scrape and rub the affected shoulder with the palm to create a burning sensation.

  Hold the elbow of the affected side with the countermeasure palm, and swing the shoulder back and forth.

  Hold the affected wrist with the countermeasure palm and lift the shoulder upward for 10 times.
