Eight precautions before physical examination

　   1、 You can keep a normal diet within 3 days before the physical examination. Don't eat too greasy and high protein food. Don't drink because of alcohol. You should rest early in the evening to avoid fatigue.

　　2、 Fasting for at least 8 hours before physical examination will affect blood glucose, blood lipid, liver function and abdominal B-ultrasound examination results (but drinking a small amount of water and taking medicine will not affect the examination results).

　　3、 Do not take vitamin C, diet pills or antibiotics 3 days before physical examination.

　　For patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, anticoagulant therapy, and antithrombotic therapy, especially retired workers, drug withdrawal or delayed medication is not allowed.

　　In order to avoid sudden increase of blood pressure and coronary ischemia, physical examination should be carried out in the morning after taking medicine, and patients with diabetes or other chronic diseases should also take medicine in time after taking medicine.

　　Physical examination should not interfere with routine treatment of existing diseases.

　　4、 If you are pregnant or may be pregnant, please tell the medical staff not to do x-ray examination and gynecological examination.

　　5、 Women should not have urinalysis, stool examination and gynecological examination during menstruation, and should be rechecked after menstruation.

　　6、 On the day of physical examination, we'd better wear loose and casual clothes to facilitate various safety inspections; Do not wear underwear with buttons or metal ornaments to avoid affecting the results of X-ray inspection.

　　7、 Blood should be taken within the specified time.

　　The blood shall not exceed 10:00 at the latest, otherwise, the blood state will change due to the influence of physiological endocrine hormones in the body.

　　Although it is still the blood collected on an empty stomach, the detection value is easily distorted (such as blood glucose value), losing the significance of detection.

　　8、 To ensure accurate understanding of your physical examination results, please carefully fill in the physical examination form and various test forms before the physical examination, and write clearly, especially the name and items.
