The Provincial Market Supervision Bureau participated in the 2023 Hong Kong, Macao and Shandong Week activities

In order to deepen exchanges and cooperation between our province and Hong Kong and Macao, the provincial government held a series of activities for the 2023 Hong Kong, Macao and Shandong Week from May 29 to June 2. Based on its functions, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau actively participates in activities to help deepen exchanges and cooperation between our province and Hong Kong and Macao.

On the morning of May 30, at the Hong Kong Shandong Province High-quality Development and Opening Up Cooperation Promotion Conference, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau, China Legal Services (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. and China Authorized Notaries Association Co., Ltd. signed the "Lugang Commercial Registration Facilitation Cooperation Framework Agreement", which will realize the interuse of Hong Kong notary documents, remote identity authentication and digital signature, fully realize the whole process of Hong Kong companies setting up enterprises in Shandong online, enter a convenient and efficient access mode, and provide Hong Kong companies with a broader investment space.

On May 31, the Consumer Association of Shandong Province and the Consumer Committee of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government organized a consumer rights protection exchange meeting and signed the Luao Consumer Rights Protection Cooperation Agreement, which will better protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers in Macao and Shandong Province, fully share consumption information and consumer protection resources, handle consumer disputes conveniently, quickly and properly, promote exchanges and cooperation in consumer rights protection work, and promote the stable social and economic development of the two places.

During the period, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau also carried out exchanges with the Hong Kong Standards and Testing Centre (STC) to strengthen the promotion of testing technology cooperation.
