"One half of the connection between the child's chest and the navel is Zhongwan acupoint, which parents can use the palm root to rotate and rub twice a day; the child's foot center is Yongquan acupoint, which parents can use their thumb to press Yongquan acupoint, and rotate and rub 30-50 times, twice a day." Lan Ying said.

  After accumulating food, parents can also make some digestible foods for their children.
