一、

(1) Sit with knees extended. The patient sits on the bed, with the affected knee as straight as possible, the instep flat, the same hand pressing the knee downward, and the opposite hand bending enough.

(1) Straight leg drill. Lie on your back and lift the affected knee straight for 30~40cm. Try to maintain this posture. If you can't hold on, you can put down and rest for a while. The above is counted as one time. Then repeat the drill for 10-15 times in each group, twice a day. If you can persist for more than 1 minute, you can carry out weight bearing straight leg lifting exercise.


(2) Weight bearing straight leg lifting exercise: The action is the same as above, bearing a certain weight on the instep. It can start from 1kg and gradually increase to 5kg. If it can persist for more than 1 minute, the next step of exercise can be carried out.


(3) Weight bearing short arc drill: The patient sits at the bedside, cushions a pillow under the affected knee, bends the knee 30 degrees, and the weight of the affected foot starts from 5 kg and gradually increases to 10 kg. Sit and lift the leg straight for drill. If the patient can persist for more than 1 minute, the next step of drill can be carried out.


(4) Long arc weight bearing drill: sit by the bed, bend your knees 90 degrees, lower legs droop, and the weight of the affected foot starts from 10 kg and gradually increases to 20 kg.

(1) Lie flat and "kick three wheels". Lie on the bed every morning and evening, imitating the three round pedal action. Lying flat can reduce the burden of easily damaged joints, and this action can exercise all joints of bare joints and shoulder joints.

Water movement. The patient can normally carry out appropriate water sports, such as swimming. The buoyancy of water can reduce the pressure of weight on the knee joint, while helping to strengthen the patient's cardiorespiratory function, improve muscle endurance, which is of great benefit to alleviate osteoarthritis.
