健康养生 贴秋膘,“胰”定要小心

You must be careful when sticking on the "pancreas"

Since autumn, "sticking fat in autumn" has become the "theme" of many family dining tables. Mutton soup, braised pork, pig's feet and other high-fat, high-calorie foods have appeared.

As we all know, improper "autumn fertilizer" can not only not nourish, but also may seriously endanger health.

Recently, the number of patients with abdominal pain caused by acute pancreatitis has increased significantly.

Acute pancreatitis, as its name implies, is an acute attack of pancreatitis caused by a variety of different etiological analyses.

So, what might cause acute pancreatitis?

Common fault causes are as follows:

First, gallstones are discharged into the bile duct.

In patients with gallstone, small stones may be discharged from the gallbladder to the bile duct, and the bile duct and pancreatic juice enter the intestine through a common channel.

Once small stones block this common channel, bile will return to the pancreatic duct, activate digestive enzymes in pancreatic juice, and produce "self digestion" of the pancreas, leading to acute pancreatitis.

This is the most common cause of acute pancreatitis.

Fat diet or overeating can easily lead to small gallstones entering the bile duct.

It is worth noting that the formation of gallstones is also mainly due to long-term unhealthy eating habits and high fat, high calorie food intake.

  Second, excessive drinking.

Alcohol stimulates the secretion of pancreatic juice, increases the pressure in the pancreatic duct, and increases the amount of digestive enzymes in pancreatic juice.

The high concentration of protein in pancreatic juice tends to form an embolism that blocks the pancreatic duct, leading to the rupture of small pancreatic duct.

The pancreatic juice enters the pancreatic tissue space, and the digestive enzymes in the pancreatic juice are activated, leading to "self digestion" of the pancreas and pancreatitis.

This is also one of the main causes of acute pancreatitis.

  Third, hyperlipidemia.

Hyperlipidemia is a systemic metabolic disorder, which leads to the increase of plasma cholesterol, triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein and high-density lipoprotein levels.

Hyperlipidemia (mainly hypertriglyceridemia) can also lead to pancreatitis.

With the increasing intake of high fat and high calorie foods in daily life, the causes of pancreatitis are also increasing.

When acute pancreatitis occurs, the patient will have acute epigastric pain, nausea, vomiting, fever and other symptoms.

The etiology and course of acute pancreatitis are extremely complex, so it is necessary to develop a separate treatment plan according to different causes and disease severity.

80% of acute pancreatitis is mild pancreatitis. Most patients can relieve 3 to 5 days after fasting and infusion, and the mortality is less than 1%.

Severe pancreatitis is often accompanied by organ failure or other serious complications. It is a very difficult serious disease in clinical practice.

For "biliary" pancreatitis caused by gallstone expulsion, laparoscopic cholecystectomy should be performed as far as possible during hospitalization according to the systemic status of different patients, and stones discharged into the bile duct should be taken out to avoid recurrence of acute pancreatitis.

How to avoid acute pancreatitis in daily life?

In order to avoid life-threatening complications such as acute pancreatitis or gallbladder cancer, patients with multiple gallstones or sediment like gallstones should be referred to the hepatobiliary department as soon as possible.

  2. Generally, people should eat light, avoid overeating, and control drinking to avoid overloading the pancreas;

  3. By adjusting diet, exercise and other methods, we can control blood lipids and weight at a normal level to avoid acute pancreatitis, hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes and other diseases caused by hyperlipidemia and overweight.
